Like avettestingray, I machine wash it on the delicate cycle, inside a mesh lingerie bag, then hang dry. </p> <p>Any wrinkles the top gets are easily taken out by spraying some water on it and letting it hang to dry. I machine wash shirts like that on delicate and then hang dry. If it doesn't wash well, I'd return to Rack. </p> <p>My trick, in case it helps anyone else: I like to hang dry several pieces of my clothing, but I have a pathetic memory and was perpetually drying (and shrinking/ruining) pieces. My husband will also do laundry sometimes, and he never knew what not to dry either. Now I put everything that shouldn't go in the dryer into a lingerie bag **before I put it in the laundry hamper**. I bought a few packs of lingerie bags, so there are plenty available, and it's a hard-to-miss sign that whatever's inside should be hung to dry. Lovely! On that basis alone, I would keep it and accept having to hand wash it. That said, if hand washing it is a dealbreaker, meaning you won't do it, then you might not wear it as often as you would something else. If keeping it means letting it languish in the closet, returning it and buying something you'd use would be better. Some garments can be machine washed (delicate) if you air dry them. Does anyone have this version? I love how it feels but once I got home I realized it's hand wash. That isn't going to happen. I know some of these have been really wrinkle prone and honestly I won't iron either. However, it really doesn't look wrinkled to me so far so maybe it's a different version. Anyone? I would not wear with these shorts FWIW </p>
