I love pleated pants and consider good ones to be HEWI —so have to just keep my eye out, try/ return often due to all issues noted- rise, waist, seat, leg width, whether for hot weather or more winter or dressy. Trying to be very picky. I think keeping rest of outfit neat or with some sharp elements works well. If the rise is too short, it can ride up and create a “wedgie” in front or back, or create unflattering floof around the belly. I like your pairings here but it’s hard to tell from photos if the pants fit well. Do they feel comfy?
