(The style of shoe is named Meera, after Indian Saint Meera. It was said that wherever she lay down to rest, flowers would sprout up. The shoe belongs to the Miracle shoe family. All Fluevog styles are grouped into families). I've been meaning to enter a Fluevog contest for over a year now, and when this style came out, I finally had to bite the bullet, because man, are they ever cool! Even if I don't win, at least I've put forth the effort, and I'm happy with how my design turned out.</p> <p>Again, thank you all so much for your kind words!
