She really emphasizes comfort as well as style. I own two pairs and despite having high heels, they are comfy for all day at work. I love her slightly quirky retro ladylike style, right up my alley! The video shows her at work coming up with shoe ideas (I like the little magazine cutout trick, and how she puts straps and jewels right on her feet, like something a kid would do), and it shows all the work that goes into producing the shoes and how they make them in their factory.
