I found taking the survey incredibly thought-provoking as it was nothing like any typical shopping-focused diagnostic. Though Maslow's hierarchy is generally rejected as too culturally and/or age specific, belonging or being possibly rejected seems to be topmost in a lot of people's considerations of what to wear.
