My whole family is tall (except me) and my mom won't wear heels over a certain height at 5' 10" (she is the shortest of all her siblings). But I have a friend who is 6' and will wear heels whenever she feels like it! She went to China with her hubby a few years back and everyone wanted their picture taken with her.
