However, I think Bridgette is too hard on John Malloy ( in her post that led up to this more recent one)--the book(s)&nbsp; was "of its time" and I was working on my professional career in late 70's onward, when I think she was in nursery school and onward. So, it's a part of history--no need to revise history. Besides, the web and social media are filled with women telling other women what to where when, how and why--yet they may not have as much fashion savvy as some men--who also are some of the great designers. . Think of work uniforms- pants, and button up or polo shirts- or the event t shirts, which are always male style.
