This is what really helped me, I took a full length picture of myself (wearing underwear) using a tripod, from a distance away so it is not distorted. Then I print the picture out and trace over it with a pen using a thin tracing paper or paper held against a window so it is backlit.</p> <p>That's how I figured out I was a classic hourglass shape.
