It looks a bit overdone to me. #1 is a classic shape, but it is definitely dressier than #2. How will that work with your style? I find that more hardware works great for pairing with skinnies, but they feel feel very trendy and young. You can only pair that with similar looking outfits, including dresses. However with #1, less is more.
