A *little* bit of slouch can actually mask the issue, but there seems to be a very fine line before it just seems to add extra width to an area I really have no desire to make larger! Sometimes the legs are tapered, sometimes not. Sometimes the waistband is low and sometimes not. There can be extra slouch on the legs with extra length, but this is not so on cropped versions or shorts. </p> <p>The crotch point MUST be dropped on slouchy jeans, shorts and trousers. If the crotch point is not dropped, they are not slouchy. Just baggy and extra roomy. </p> <p>And then there are degrees of slouch. Some subtle and some severe.The photos below show quite severe slouching. Look at those dropped crotch points.
