I just dove into the Boyfriend pool myself and I find the styling challenges are.... challenges! What about a belt with outfit #5 and then semi-tucking your shirt? You could even semi-tuck the shirt in #4. I find the semi-tuck goes well with the casual vibe of the jeans - like because they are casual, they require a casual approach in every other aspect of your outfit.
