Keeping them out of the dryer really seems to help their longevity. (I hang most of my clothes to dry, to keep them nice longer.) Which in my life, because of TOM etc, means the bottom half usually gets more washes.<br />However a pair bought for the special situation like you are buying for I might treat differently.<br />(I'm not nearly&nbsp; as organised as many of you for night wear. I mix sets, wear lounge wear to bed sometimes, have ugly handed down sets that I probably should get rid of. Buying PJs is something I've put in the too hard basket and hoped my family would give them to me as presents. And I wash each item when needed. So far, this has worked out fine. They also have a crispness that makes them look somewhat dressy. &nbsp;</p> <p>The bottoms will need to be laundered more frequently than the tops. &nbsp;My question is do you launder both items at the same time or do you just launder the bottom and wash the top when it needs it? &nbsp; &nbsp; </p>
