I like the look with the dark wash and lighter wash jeans. And I do think this would also work well with the white denim too.</p> <p>The black loafers work well here. I like the cheeky vibe of showing off the socks. I could try this with white jeans for a different vibe.</p> <p><div><br /></div><div>The plaid shirt is new JCrew 100% cotton flannel from the men’s department. &nbsp;Cozy and warm. &nbsp;The sleeves are l-o-n-g &nbsp;It’s a recent purchase, made after I realized that my one (1) flannel shirt has been the most worn top of all my tops! &nbsp;Though I’m showing some skin for the pose in #3, the reality is that I’m wearing an undershirt, and tucked it up under my bra for the photo, LOL! &nbsp;It was accidental that the Darntuff wool socks were turquoise, rust, and wine - so for funsies I rolled the cuffs for the last photo. &nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>At the grocery store I was complimented on my outfit (#4) by two young women! &nbsp;They particularly liked the plaid shirt.</p> <p>Thanks for looking!</p> <p> </div> </p>
