The pants are pointe knit slim fit pants, they are not leggings or tights (even though I think they photograph that way). It's also the same shirt in the left and middle pics, but one was taken with a flash and one wasn't. The color isn't quite as saturated as the one on the left, but no where near as dull as the one in the middle.
