Pilcros fit me really well, and for me they are TTS -- sometimes a bit roomy but never enough to size down. I am a 4, 28 in other pants (JCrew 4, AG denim 28 for reference), short waisted and straight, and I always buy a 28 pilcro. I don't have these wide leg denims but did recently buy a pair of high-ish waist wide leg black cotton pants that I adore. The rise is absolutely perfect on me, I'm not sure how that happened - haha.
