I sized up in both. Both fit well, the Clarks are slightly wider in the toe box. Bothare comfortable, but the insole of the Pikolinos is much more supportive, especially in the arches. I like both, but the details on the Pikolinos just reads so rich and textured. The contrasting stitching and laces, and the variation in coloring looks so much more interesting. I already returned the Clarks and am keeping the Pikolinos. The leather is buttery soft right out of the box, and I'm sure the toe box will stretch enough to be comfortable.<br /> It was hard to get good pictures... </p>
