I agree with the above. Demi more is a walking work of photoshop, her body transformation from the GI Jane days to today is unbelievable. I am unable to comprehend the time, dedication and MONEY spent to achieve the results.

Maya, I completely agree with you! I use PS pretty much every single day, and there's no question in my mind.

Not only is the garment different (when something appears on the runway it's generally still a one-off, and the design is often different by the time it gets to the shops, or to press samples) but the two women don't look *that* similar to me. Obviously they're both incredibly thin women, and I can see that the poses are similar, but I think it's just a case of them being inspired by the runway image, rather than actually using it.

It makes me laugh when people (magazines, blogs, whatever) create these "scandals" constantly. I guess we always need something to obsess over

Definitely a nay from me. I'm surprised this is even an issue. They look completely different to me. How can anyone call them identical?

As someone who uses Photoshop a lot, I can't honestly see what the advantage of using the model would be. It is incredibly difficult to get the color, lighting, and tone of two unrelated photographs to match that well, and on top of that the garment doesn't even look the same. That fabric that is draped around the legs is completely different. The arms and hands are different. The legs are different. The light distribution is different. What's left? The torso? Even that is at a different angle. Wouldn't it be easier to just whittle her waist and correct all the blemishes rather than fuse two unrelated images AND manipulate the borrowed image? They could have been inspired by the model image, but isn't Demi Moore an inverted triangle as it is? She is basically built like a runway model.

http://images.askmen.com/galle.....ture-1.jpg

So I think any shots of two people wearing the same garment, with the same body type and similar size, taken from the same angle are inevitably going to look very similar.

They certainly look similar. I think it is just a copycat pose though as there are a couple of differences. the model's neck and hips look boneier x
