(The Hailey Beiber look.) I don't see skinny jeans, but I do see leggings.&nbsp;</p> <p>The teens and young adults tend to wear the same thing. Short dresses and skirts, or shorts with sneakers, Bikies + socks,&nbsp; and boots, or VERY cropped tops with relaxed jeans. Shackets, bombers, cardigans, and coats over the top. The rises are HIGH. It has a great vibe- buzzy, full, excellent cocktails, etc. I wore jeans and a blazer - straight from work. But most of the women had long sleeve dresses, colourful, loose, lots of long natural hair. It felt like people in the most part had dressed up to go out - lots of groups of women. Cropped trousers, pumps, blouses. Or sundresses with jackets and sandals now shifting toward boots. Still plenty of skinny jeans but I see it shifting towards wider and easier silhouettes. And then there’s tourist wear which tends to be closer to what Suntiger sees. :-D</p> <p>The best people watching though is at the baseball game I went to last night. Saturdays are my festival days, so I figured it was a good day for active people watching/fall trend spotting! </p> <p>What I saw in abundance:<br /> Denim, denim, denim. Allll shapes and shades of blue, except very wide, but LOTS of distressed jeans still. A couple denim jackets and longer skirts. Even I was wearing jeans! </p> <p>Sneakers of all colors and flip flops were the vast majority of the footwear. Not many pool slides, which have been popular for the last few years (worn w socks). One lady had tall boots, but didn't see many otherwise. Quite a few crocs too :/</p> <p>Braids, braids, braids! LOTS of cornrows, including waist length, quite a lot of beads on the little girls (very popular when I was a kid). A few fun colors, but less than previous years. </p> <p>Shorts were long and loose, mostly black. Some leggings, also mostly black.</p> <p>Neutrals dominated, but there were more light purple shades than previous years- lavendar, lilac. </p> <p>Straw sunhats of course, but one well dressed lady (probably a presenter or performer) was wearing a teal fedora type hat! </p> <p>What's fall style looking like in your area? </p>
