J Crew has some nice longer-skirt options and I ordered one in purple and one in green. The green (shown here with a silky navy BR top I've had forever) is a little more challenging to style, but I'm playing around with some things and thought I'd ask for feedback. If all else fails a white blouse will work with both quite nicely. The green is available in other colors, so I could always exchange this one. As for the purple and red...too much? </p>
