Unmatched stripes are my pet peeve because it looks like sloppy craftsmanship (former sewer). Despite my lopsided stance the shoulder fit on sweater is ok, especially since it is a close to the body fit.&nbsp;</p> <p>Suz - Exactly on silk camisoles! I also own one "dressier" one to wear under jackets when I want an evening kind of look and the reason it works is the adjustable straps. Like you, I find NAS posts tremendously helpful to gauge quality and fit of items. I think everything here looks absolutely smashing on you, tho I’m less a fan of the striped tee—stripes are hard, especially on less expensive items when they aren’t matched up at seams. I realise this is a deliberate look in some cases, but it always heightens the busy visual effect of striped items to my eye—tho I like the height and shape of the neckline on you and the jacket in your last pic offsets some of the stripe wars. The sweater on the other hand matches stripes nicely. You mentioned you sized up in that item. It could be the combo of stripes and how you are standing in the pic, but the shoulders still look a smidge small to me, however shoulder fit is one of my obsessions in tailoring, so ignore me as I struggle to overcome my old-school opinions. </p> <p>I particularly love the look of the cami with the jacket in pic 1 and also the shirt in 3 and 4. I would like to see you style it with a slightly shorter top under it for comparison. </p> <p>The Caslon jacket and Caslon stripe tee I find neither here nor there. Though not the same jacket, I’ve had a similar jacket as that Caslon one, and it did not wash and lay very well. I see you’re returning it. </p> <p>My favorite is the stripe sweater. The wild plum color is rich, comes in other colorways.&nbsp; The zipper is a little wonky and I had to try on a couple before I found one that would lie flat. Leaning towards keeping.</p> <p>1.State Lace Inset Camisole in wild plum - Nice heft and drape, adjustable straps.&nbsp; I'm not usually the camisole fan because I don't like to show my arms but this one won me over.&nbsp; Leaning towards keeping.</p> <p>Halogen Hidden Button Long Sleeve Blouse in black stripe - Substantial fabric, nice drape, comes in lots of colors.&nbsp; I like these colors with the jacket but the collars don't play nicely.&nbsp; I do have other jackets it will work with.&nbsp; Still debating.</p> <p>Halogen Pattern Sleeveless Top - Substantial fabric, swingy shape. Liked the colors and silhouette with the jacket but not crazy about the fit on me.&nbsp; Going back.&nbsp;</p> <p>Halogen Ribbed Sweater in black stripe - Great value and fun colors!&nbsp; I sized up because I find form fitting clothes annoying.&nbsp; For reference, this is a small.&nbsp; Also brought home the solid cream color.&nbsp; Keep.</p> <p>Caslon Rounded V Neck Tee in ivory blue stripe - Very soft tee, long length.&nbsp; Seems well made.&nbsp; Debating.</p> <p>Caslon Drape Collar Knit Blazer in navy - Easy piece to throw on and complete outfits.&nbsp; It has exposed seams which makes it look casual.&nbsp; Doesn't do my rounded shoulders and small bust any favors.&nbsp; Returning.</p> <p>Vince Camuto Shadow Etching Tee - Not part of sale, sigh.&nbsp; Thin fabric but goes with many of my summer bottoms.&nbsp; The neckline lies nicely.&nbsp; Keep.</p> <p>Things I tried but didn't come home with me:<br />Avec Les Filles Reversible Quilted Barn Jacket - Well-made, water resistant but no hood.&nbsp; Looks sweet with the cuffs folded back and collar popped to show the plaid.&nbsp; Still debating whether i should go back and get it....</p> <p>Things I ordered (besides underwear and bras):<br />Nike Dri Fit Cropped Training Pants in black - There are snaps at the bottom of the leg so let can be open or more tailored.&nbsp;&nbsp; </p>
