Is there anything between pastels and brights? I always thought pastels are very light colors, like Easter eggs. I love pastels and it makes me happy to know that you like me wearing them. I actually abandoned pastels in favour of neutrals for many years until I realised 'I LOVE THEM, what am I thinking'. I now wear them with pride and for the most part receive compliments about my colour choices. I think very few can pull them off well. Now if you have a tan, any pastel looks great, and so does white, to show it off. Otherwise whenever I see a pastel I want to add a strong color against it, preferably a neutral like black, gray or navy. I figure they are associated with babies and old people? Not sure what the problem is. Pink also--some women are so violent in their dislike of pink.
