One thing that helps my younger daughter, who has a big bust, is what I think is called a sweetheart neckline? It sort of curves over the top of the bustline but then dips down in the middle, still creating space with not much cleavage. Her little black dress is that style and looks very good. Otherwise she mostly wears a small v or a not-too-deep scoop and just lives with the cleavage, which she can hardly help. I do feel for her. I wear scoop necks all the time but my smaller bust makes cleavage unlikely.

Thanks Angie! Some good possibilities in there.

I've had good luck with Nic + Zoe in the past, I have two of the 3/4 sleeve cardigan sweater sets with a shell that have become wardrobe workhorses for me.

Thanks for posting this! Maybe I have so much trouble finding tops for my larger bust because I *should* want "breathing room" for flattery but in practice am intensely uncomfortable with exposed cleavage and as such avoid v- and wrap necks like the plague. Food for thought when I next try on tops...

I see that cobaltblue had the same question:

I like this ensemble and almost have the pieces, except I'm on the hunt for a top that would work. (And well-fitting tops are always a challenge to find.)

I have a proportionately large bust that needs some breathing room, as I learned from Angie. So no crew necks for me, I am always on the lookout for v necks, crop necks, or wrap tops. For my spring/winter coloring, I prefer cream to stark white.

Angie and others, let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!
