There are a fair amount of the works outside, so best on a pleasant day. I am also a big fan of the Musee des Arts Decoratifs next to the Louvre. It is hardly off the beaten path, yet many seem to miss it. Has gorgeous jewelry collection, furniture, glass and art, all beautifully displayed. Most recently we had a lovely morning in the botanical gardens and the zoo. There is also a lovely amphitheater tucked away in the same area of Paris, which was a little gem of ancient history. We've been in the city 3 times (a week at a time) in the last four years and I wanted to stop in and say hello to that lovely place before we hop back on the plane.</p> <p>Since we've covered all the major tourist to-dos already, I was wondering if any of you who are very familiar with the city could share suggestions on things to see or do that we might not consider. Now that the Musee Rodin is open again, we'll make a visit there, but I believe that the Musee Carnavalet is still closed for renovations.&nbsp;</p> <p>Thoughts? Merci par avance! </p>
