I got them brand new at a thrift store and they just don't work for my pear thighs. They are 96% cotton, 4% elastane. Jacob is a mid range Canadian brand, probably similar to BR or J Crew, I'm guessing? They are really nice pants, and I"m sad that they didn't work for me, but I hope they will work for someone else. If you'd like any measurements or to see a picture, please let me know. I do know that the inseam is fairly long. </p>
