I just drank the Chantelle Koolaid at NAS. OMG, the best ever!!! I am shaped differently in back than when I was young; I think droopiness means hipsters and the like are not as comfy. The french cut ones are now on their way to me. I plan to buy fun colors in the future since the sale is supposed to be an annual thing.

Reading reviews, sliding down and riding up seem to be related to a woman's shape with respect to the particular make and model. Makes sense, since that applies to bras, jeans, and just about everything else.

Jockey No- Panty Line hip briefs and bikinis are my preferred undies. They don't ride up and eliminate VPL. I usually wait for a sale at Macy's to stock up.

Thanks for your help. FWIW, my gripe with the fragile no-seam panties are the ones that are glued and not sewn. Lace, I just love.

Do you mean the Hanes that come in a multipack? Target and Walmart both stock them. I have also ordered directly from the Hanes website when they had a promo but they were scratchy and itchy and not like the ones I had in the past.

I have switched to the Gap stretch cotton undies. Wait for them to go on sale till they get to $5-6.

If you are looking for no-VPL, my current favs are the Jockey Seam free. I machine wash them with other clothes but line dry them. Again, wait for them to go on sale on Macys.com. My store never has them in the colors I need.

Like rachylou, I've found I quite like some from Target! My faves are the ones that are based on a flat lace band similar to the higher-end type. They seem to hold up pretty well.

I don't think these are the same ones rachy mentioned? But they're in the same price range.

I wear mostly lacy undies now (most from Free People and Skarlett Blue), which are probably too fragile for you (they hold up well but require handwashing), but back when I wore cotton undies, I loved Jockey brand. I'm not sure if they have them at Macy's. I used to get mine at a department store chain called Kohl's. They are also available online. I found that the Jockeys were comfortable and held up very well. They have several different cuts and fabrications.

Yeah, I’m totally into 5 for $20 Target seamless undies. I find them truly no show... and yes, seamless is delicate because they’re glued not sewn. Also, it’s true quality has decreased, but I persist because I haven’t found more expensive to be better.

For everyday, I wear the stretch cotton ones from GapBody. They come in bikini, thong, hipster, cheeky hipster, boy shorts. They're comfortable and fit me well

I get my hanes at Amazon...no miss no fuss. But I wear Hanes her way cotton granny pants.

For fancy, I go to soma and get their high waist no panty line panties in basic colors. Chantelle at Nordies currently on sale has fans among the fabbers.

I need panties. I used to be able to go to a Hanes outlet near me and just pick them up, but it closed. I went to Macys and OMG. So many styles, so many kinds, so many prices. Several of them looked too fragile to hold up (the seamless ones.) Does anyone have any tips for buying them? Not, of course, the ones to wear for an hour, but the ones to wear all day. Bikinis and thongs are my faves.
