Hi! I’d personally try to keep the pant length hitting the top of the boot, which might mean cuffing it, and I’d probably stick to skinny or straight pant legs. Even a straight mom/boyfriend leg is fine, but flare... I feel like flare legs should almost reach the floor. That’s just my opinion though! I’m short so I’m biased.

Cute boots.

It's best to wear cropped straights or flares above the top of the booties, but there is no need to bare the ankles. You can wear socks or knee-highs. Or roll jeans hems to that length. Don't tuck skinnies.

I’m eyeing these but am unsure what the guidelines are for pant length with such a slim ankle on the boot. I only own skinnies but the hem width varies; I have cropped and full length. I might have a pair or two that would fit inside the boot but would that look ok? Can the jeans go over the boot? Should I just cuff and call it good? Appreciate suggestions and/or photos!
