Oh thank you so much. I'm always on the look out for a good supportive but not flattening sports bra for running. With a bad shoulder I need to be able to do it up at the front and twist it to the back. I can't wear the t-back style unless I pull them up but they're hard to take off when you're sweaty. Thanks also for the fitting tips. I will definitely be ordering one of these to try.

I also have the Panache bras, and like Astrid I find them tighter in the band than any other bra I've tried. (My size has been hard to come by, I've tried many!)
@ Day Vies - the Panache stops at an H cup, and the bands are made in 28-40. That's What Bravissimo has, and I think they usually stock all sizes.

I'm another Moving Comfort Fiona fan, but I think I'll try Panache when mine finally wear out since they come in my newly discovered size -- 28 band, but I may need a 30 if they really run tight.

I have seen this bra the last few times into my bra shop and haven't tried it on yet. I'm absolutely smitten with the Moving Comfort Fiona bra, but when I finally wear mine out, I'll be on the prowl again.

Day Vies, vandevelde.eu is the firm that manufactures Prima Donna bras; they also have a sports bra line, not sure about your size or their range. (I can't pull it up atm bc I keep forgetting to deactivate the anti-adult filters on my data plan. )

Panache's T-shirt bra is surprisingly supportive, and useful for low impact sports. I haven't tried Panache's actual sports line yet, as I'm partial to Prima Donna's quality.

Thanks for the review, Astrid!

Nice tips. I have been in the market for a new sports bra. I don't think Panache makes them in my size.

Thanks for the review! I am happy to see they come in C cups (unlike their regular bras, why oh why Panache do you not make small cup sizes in regular bras?)

I wear Moving Comfort sports bras, which I like a lot, but I don't think they go up to the cup sizes that Panache does.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Dianthus. I've also had a shock absorber a while ago (not sure which one exactly) and while it was comfortable and worked it didn't look quite as nice because it compressed way more. This one definitely gives me a boost, like I said it looks just like my normal bras.

I bought two of them last year and agree that they do a great job and look pretty good too. The second one I bought had a little rough spot on the back seam that bothers me. I also had to size up in the band but not in the cup. I really like this bra and would also highly recommend it but I still slightly prefer my old standby shock absorber 4494.

I've been searching for a new sports bra and finally found the perfect one, thought I'd write a recommendation in case one of you is searching too. :)

It's the Panache Sports Bra.
http://www.panache-lingerie.co.....ports-Bra/

Really comfortable, keeps everything where it's supposed to be and doesn't make compressed uniboob at all. I tried it under my sport t-shirts and it actually looks comparable to one of my normal bras. It has wires to give support, but they are kind of flexible and not in one piece like with normal bras.

I normally wear a 30E, but sometimes 30DD fits better because I can't quite fill out the 30E. I had to go up a band size in this because it was too snug and went down a cup size too. I ended up with the 32D (so equivalent to a 30DD). BUT I really wear my normal bras snug in the band size and I know too many women don't. If you're one of the latter, I wouldn't size up in the band or you lose the support. If you're on the bigger end of your cup size you might not need to size down there either.

I haven't worn it IRL yet because I was down with a cold this week and didn't do any sports, but I can't imagine changing my mind about this.
