I also purchased these because I have long legs, although I am shorter than you. For comparison, I have some high rise boot cut Joes Jeans on order (which I believe were from the sale). They look to be slightly lighter in color but also a fairly even wash and the same length. I believe they have a higher cotton content as well. </p> <p>I agree with you about the rise. 9-9.5 is really a mid-rise for my frame. I have not had a chance to take a photo of them yet.</p> <p>The jeans fit TTS for me. I have a similar pair of jeans from Paige in the Transcend fabric in a straight leg style, and the fit is comparable. The bootcut is very subtle. They are long enough for me to wear with flats, and I would say they are a higher mid-rise fit on me. For reference, I am 5’ 10.5” tall, short waisted, with long legs, and a relatively long rise.</p> <p>The fabric is very comfortable, although I do understand why other forum members did not like the low cotton content. I am concerned that the fabric may be prone to snagging, especially because I have a puppy with very sharp nails who has already snagged one pair of jeans and put a hole through a pair of jean shorts with his sharp puppy teeth. The dark color of the jeans will probably prevent me from wearing light colored shoes for fear of dye transfer. I love dark blue jeans, but I don’t like the way they discolor light colored furniture, clothing, shoes, purses, etc.</p> <p>I am leaning toward keeping, since I have a hard time finding full length jeans that fit well.</p> <p>I hope this review has been helpful.
