I made the mistake of buying the black Paige undone hem jeans a size up a while back (Angie recommended sizing up). They still fit even if a little loose, but have enough stretch that they shift down on me and I have to hitch up the waist throughout the day. But I have the opposite problem from what MsMaven describes — I have thick legs and jean waists are rarely tight on me. Taking in the waist of these jeans might help correct the hitching-up problem. Sigh. Jeans are hard.

So... I once talked to someone on the phone and they said they ran small... but in the end I found I needed my normal size...

I have size 30 Paige jeans that are too big. They slide down.

So I bought some 29s, and they are tight in the waist, but wearable. I hope I lose 5 lbs (been hoping that for 2 years) and they will be great. I find size 29 in Joe's jeans is perfect. I am carrying excess weight in belly, age-related thing.

I bought the higher waisted Hoxton skinnies at the NAS. Very tight in waist. Not too tight otherwise, but I have skinny legs. Well, some of you may remember the old '60s '70s trick of lying on your bed and pulling up the jeans to be able to fasten them. That's what I am doing with the Hoxton and once they stretch a bit they are comfy enough and they make my butt look great.

I think Paige needs to make a 29 1/2 for me. I am wearing size 29 straight leg today and they are fine, except really emphasize my mutton top so I wear a looser or A-line top. If they were a little higher waisted they'd be fine.

Hope this helps, but it does make me feel better to blab about it.

My size in Paiges is reliably the same as my size in most other denim. But I agree with Nemosmom that it really depends on the item description.

It mostly fits true to size. But if you look on Nordstrom, the reviews usually specify if they fit differently.

I LOVE Paige jeans. Those and AG jeans are my favorite and fit my hourglass figure well.

Maybe the pair I have in my closet is an outlier. I'll just order a few sizes and hope for the best.

I think every pair of Paige I’ve ever owned is the same size, which is also my average denim size in other brands (I range from 29-31 and am reliably a 30 in Paige). But all of my Paige jeans range from 1-6 years old. I can’t vouch for newer models.

IME, Paige sizes depend greatly on the cut. I'm a 25 in a skinny/peg and a 27 in a straight.

I just returned a pair today to the Rack. They were the Hoxton Super Skinny. I bought my usual size they and they were super comfy but I just wasn't in love with the way they fit me on my thighs. That may have just been a personal thing. I think they were just too skinny for what I was looking for. I also decided that I have so many black bottoms that I really couldn't justify them.

I'm thinking about ordering a pair of Paige high rise straight jeans. I looked at the one pair I have in my closet for a sizing reference and they are a 30 which is two sizes bigger than what I pretty consistently wear. Do they usually run small?
