I do feel that I have a good eye for putting outfits together but most days I'm in pants and a top, period (well, undies too! ;)&nbsp;. I only add the shoes, topper, necklace or scarf that actually make an outfit on those rare days that I actually leave the house. I did have plans to post the outfits I wore while visiting New York City earlier this month but I was too busy and kept forgetting to thake outfit pics of myself. We repeat our faves.&nbsp; Some days you get up late, throw on an old standby and it still looks awesome - and that's a personal win in my book.&nbsp; It's fine to have things that are boring to you, but work every time.&nbsp; But, while it's boring, and may be the old standby, maybe someone else needs to see that today. </p> <p>Some days I need to be reminded that plain slacks with a tailored shirt can be so sharp, and that putting on an unexpected color is OK, and by all means - don't be afraid to wear a possible fail out of the house. Have you been reading my mind? The forum is not exclusive but I exclude myself, partly because I'm not "there" yet.<br /> However, the other reason I don't post blah days is that I need a certain energy level to post WIW's and be ready to respond fully. When my energy levels are high enough for that I am much more likely to put together outfits that are OK. Does that make sense?<br /> I need to add that I manage several garden and community projects and my energy goes to them first. I don't want you thinking I suffer from lassitude! A busy day on the revegetation site means work clobber followed by a blissful shower and lounge wear. Nothing to share there, is my feeling. Penny </p>
