The fabric is very soft and comfy. Skinnies that don't have a lot of give are often too calf-sucking on me, and these feel great, not too tight. I wore them yesterday and today, with tops untucked, so without a belt. I have to hike them up occasionally, but still, I could actually wear without a belt, and that's a plus for me. However, I took off the scarf at work, because I felt the necklace was less obtrusive/easier to wear.</p> <p><b>Windchime</b>, Good thought. I don't know of a different top off-hand, to complete the outfit.
