I also like the red and the white tops on you, but for an interview it would be best to wear slim tops like those with a topper (even a very thin on, like a long silky shirt worn as a jacket). As a former recruiter I can tell you that showing to much skin (arms, shoulders, decolleté ...) or wearing tight clothes can be distracting to some people and unfortunately give a less than serious impression.</p> <p>If it's too hot for wearing a topper, I suggest you wear a short-sleeved tunic blouse.
