Wanted to wear them with a bright blue. Thought about some cobalt tops but decided I'd try my faux snakeskin cuff. From there, I thought simple neutrals would be a good backdrop. The necklace happens to tie in the skirt, shoes, and cuff - too much? I'll likely add my Express chain belt from pic 3. </p>
