Hope your friend will be better soon too.<br />I spent two weeks in Shepparton and went to Bendigo 17 years ago. It was my only trip to Australia and the people I met were wonderful , unbelievably helpful and friendly . The circumstances of my visit were very traumatic as my my Mother suffered a massive stroke whilst on vacation in Echuca. Fortunately the care she received in hospital there was wonderful and she survived although greatly disabled.
