Rita I wear OTK boots (mine are flat heeled and suede) and I love them and I find them warm:). I am petite and I aware they can make me look a bit stumpy but I try to rectify this by creating a long line by way of a column of colour. If you have your heart set on OTK boots, I think they are a good choice. However,&nbsp;I don't know if they are currently in style or not. I never see them anymore, but I live in Vancouver BC, which is not exactly the fashion capital of the world.&nbsp;</p> <p>A couple of things worth considering, though: they make everyone's legs look a bit stumpy. It's the Puss in Boots effect. I know currently the trend is for clothes that are "just flattering enough", so maybe that doesn't matter to you. The other thing is that they are universally disliked by men. &nbsp;Back five or six years ago when flat/low-heeled&nbsp;OTK boots were all the rage, I quizzed a whole bunch of male friends about them, and not one of them though they&nbsp;looked good. The general opinion was, "Why do women wear these? I did see a pair of Louise et Cie boots in the NAS sneak peek on Nordies site that had the stretch material on the back. I couldn't tell if they were OTK or just quite tall -- but I really loved the look and may try them myself. I think depending on how you wear them they could be cool.
