Freshly baked Pillsburry mini croissants with neufchatel cheese and stawberry jam. I love breakfast food and I always try to make something special on the weekends. It is a family tradition that I inherited from my own family and kind of imposed in my own house.

Same thing every day for me. Plain oatmeal mixed with two egg whites, cinnamon and a banana. Plenty of caffeine and water.

Breakfast is my favorite meal! Which is a shame because I can only have it on weekends :(

Today I had scrambled eggs with birds eye chilies and toast. Not everyone's taste, but it sure is mine...

And of course tea. Irish breakfast.

Mo, I LOVE eggs in the basket! One of my favorite breakfasts of all time.

Khris, my dad used to call them one-eyed Egyptians go figure! Egg-in-the-hole works too lol. Funny that they somehow became my standard breakfast . . .

Oh, and I'm happy to see so many substantial breakfasts to start the day! (you know they've discovered eating fattier foods earlier in the day is better at keeping your weight down than eating your fatty foods late. So bring on the bacon!!)

If my guy wasn't working today, Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pancakes!

But the reality is either frosted mini wheats or banana muffins. With either apple juice or pomegranate juice (or a combo of the two). I need to decide soon because I'm getting hungry!
