So you go!<br /> On the contacts...I wear soft (toric) lenses, and don't think I could even tear them if I tried. Maybe you ought to try a new brand/type?<br /> My doctor has forbidden me to wear contacts when I'm in water (could cause some rare, but dangerous eye disease??). Actually it is quite hard to get the contacts out. I believe it is possible to wear them swimming with no goggles even but if there is a wave if could knock them out. I spoke to the optician the first time I broke one and he said not to worry unless I have an eye infection (he couldn't find it for me, btw).<br /> About 6 months later it came out. This is my swimming wetsuit (as mentioned in Tam's thread about running swimming combos) I wore it to do a long distance ocean swim of a couple of miles and am happy because I did took a couple of minutes off last years time and on top of a 5km (running) race yesterday where I also got a PB!</p> <p>Not very figure flattering is it?
