I like Mariage Freres too! But enjoy Twinnings daily.

However, the Queen Mary does the BEST earl grey tea in the world - and I have had earl grey in the best tea houses in the word. My very biased opinion of course:

Does it have to be British? I love Mariage Frères.

Teavana is a great store and website for all who love tea. You will find a huge selection of teas there. We have a Teavana store in a nearby mall and they have the yummiest samples!

ok, not THAT tea party.. :)

The recent big tea party on the bench made me curious... what is a very good British tea that is available in the US? Less known but superb would be even better. I don't drink much tea, but I know someone who loves tea... thought I might surprise her with some for christmas.

ETA: doesn't have to be British, European, Australian, anything not as common as in US is good. Forgot to say *fancy* tea, or *unusual* tea the better! Please also include where I can find them. THANKS!
