It took a while before my late grandfathers violin was back in playing order and today I had my first lesson.<br /> I enjoyed it thoroughly. The joy of making sounds with such an instrument that is fragile and strong at the same time. I was beaming with joy all the way home and even after that. The best birthday present in years.</p> <p>To get this post slightly back on topic: I wore my new dress, fortunately the weather was nice enough. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture... </p>
