This year, due to some issues going on with my company, I am simply just not gung-ho to attend and am thinking about skipping out. (Also, our company party is scheduled the night of the YLF meetup in Seattle.)</p> <p> B. and I have toyed with the idea of going out to a nice dinner in downtown Seattle instead (or, in the area.) We don't want to spend a lot of money but I'd like to dress up. We'd like to explore and try out a restaurant we haven't been to - generally, we are not picky eaters.<br /> (B. eats everything except mushrooms, pickles, and peas; I just have trouble tolerating very spicy food but like mildly spiced Indian food a lot. We both eat meat and fish; B. is a big beef/steak eater, I'm much more of a seafood lover and don't mind not having meat at all with my meal.)</p> <p>So for those of you who are local residents - especially those who live on the west side of the lake - what are some of your favorite haunts that you'd recommend?</p> <p>Thank you! </p>
