So I decided to try a couple of your oven only recipes tonight. The broccoli with lemon and feta and the chick peas with sweet potatoes and spinach. WOW. I LOVED the dishes. My kids both licked their plates clean and wanted seconds and thirds. You rock! Thank you for testing out the recipes = the ingredients were in perfect combination and proportion. For anyone else looking to break out of a cooking rut, I highly recommend Ele's recipes. Thank you Ele! </p>
