It has the most amazing palaces and gardens!</p> <p>Alentejo is for relaxing, you must go to the coast, it has the most amazing beaches like one called Comporta or Ilha do Pessegueiro (which is a very small island)!</p> <p>The Douro river valley is breath taking, so gorgeous! Romantic!! We'll be there for a week. We're planning to go to Lisbon, Porto, and the Alentejo region, and probably explore some areas around Lisbon/Porto (the Douro river valley looks AMAZING). Any particular suggestions there?</p> <p>Also, what's the weather going to be like in mid June? How do you recommend dressing? </p>
