Scary stuff, and while I'm glad to read that this is treatable and was caught very early, it's still a lot to deal with. </p> <p>By the way, my Grandpa was diagnosed with a type of cancer a long time ago (must be 25+ years now), and he's just fine. He turned 86 last October and is in great shape. He gets regular checkups and nothing out of the ordinary has ever come back. He's one of the healthiest people, in excellent health.
