Around the same time(couple of months back), I also posted the same review on Yelp for Hermes, telling them exactly what I said here on this forum. Today I get a message from another reviewer, telling me that my review" was embarrassing to read and you have no idea what you are talking about. Sad". I am seriously irritated. Would you respond back or just ignore this person? </p>
