He always complains when a hearing aid (he wears 2) comes back from repair that they mucked with the setting--even tho we checked to see they are right. She told me NOT to use Q-tips because it can pack the wax in. (I had already read that, so I have stopped). Advised using an OTC ear wax remover weekly, with a flush once a month- or to come in regularly to have her clean them out. Finally a doctor was smart enough to look in my ear and sent me to an ENT. My ear was completely blocked with wax! She cleaned it out and I can hear again, and now I know how to take care of the issue in the future. It's been so long since I have been able to hear out to this ear though, that everything sounds so LOUD! LOL </p>
