Can you believe that it is finally happening this coming weekend?! </p> <p>From diplomatically giving me a much needed reality check on occasion(!); to sympathising or offering great solutions when I wrote of my dress frustrations; to cheering me on as I lost weight in order to fit into the 'size-smaller' dress; and providing me with fabulous advice regarding what on earth to do with my out of control hair - I have really, truly appreciated your support.</p> <p>I'm proud to say that after a lot of effort, I've now completed the second hardest part of my duties for the big day: writing a special speech paying tribute to my darling mum who is no longer with us. Knowing that I will look stylish and heaven forbid, pretty on the day (thanks in part to YOU(!)) honestly makes me feel far more confident that when faced with my toughest moment - reading my speech out loud - that I can do not only myself, but my mother's memory, the justice that is deserved. </p> <p>I look forward to coming back this time next week and being able to show you all at last some photos of me in the much talked about dress! </p> <p>Katiepea (Kirstie)<br /> x</p> <p>PS - Aussie ladies, I am definately, *definately* coming to our catch up on the 9th, despite my lack of presence on the forum over the next week or so. </p>
