There are a few other things you can try in addition to the shampoo. Have you thought about Rogaine? Also, there is a prescription diuretic (Spiro) that you can try as well. It's been shown to help in some cases. I've been doing all three for a while, but it can take eighteen months to take effect. I was looking for a spray on, leave in conditioner to keep in my gym bag. Since I have been swimming there, my hair has gotten so dry- not so much from the chlorine because I wear a cap, but the horrible two in one shampoo that they stock the shower with. This little gem works not only as a conditioner, but you can use it as a flat iron spray/thermal protector.<br /> It was a little pricey for such a small bottle, but you only use a tiny bit. But man does it ever work! Oh and it took serious work to prime the pump, but once it got going it sprays fine. </p>
