They are very comforting. Today is a new day and while I still miss him terribly, and my heart is aching raw, I don't feel guilty anymore. Jasper passed from heart failure brought on by one of two things that I never could have prevented or treated. Especially because up until the day he left us he was his happy little self. His father was siamese, so I'll miss his crossed eyes and all his little hums, coos, and mommy-where-are-you cries at 3am. :)<br /> I made the comment last night that he was in kitty heaven now, and Bryan said he was always in kitty heaven.
