No wonder they never called. I filled it out anyway but it probably looks really bad that I took so long to do it. I know it's my fault and I was careless about it, so I'm not blaming anyone or asking for sympathy...just venting my frustration.... </p> <p>Serves me right for putting the note in a purse I never use. </p>
