I'm with Kari in that hangnail removal in a public place seems perfectly normal and un-gross. Doing all the fingernails is pushing it, but is it me or does it seem far less gross than public digging for nose or ear nuggets? I don't know. Boogers are more disgusting to me than fingernails, I guess. But clipping toenails? That surpasses public nose-picking by a factor of about a thousand. I have seen parents pick their kid's boogers in swimming pools and flick them onto their lawn. I've seen men mine for gold in their ears, spit on sidewalks, and adjust their crotches in public. But this is the first time I have seen a woman *clip her nails* in an airport waiting lounge. EEEEEEWWWW! </p>
